Come discover what the Japanese have know for years: the physiological and psychological benefits of a walk in the woods. Through quiet and slow guidance you will experience the forest as never before. This walk is not strenuous but will require an ability to be quiet and follow directions. We will walk rain or shine so dress appropriately. Led by ordained minister and Boston Food Forest Coalition founding member Rachele Rosi-Kessel.
