Arielle Colella, local dance artist, is premiering her latest work entitled “wash + set” at Edgewater Food Forest on Sunday, 6/21.

There will be four 30-minute performances at the following times:

• 11am

• 1pm

• 4pm

• 6pm

This solo dance performance features stories and voices of 16 Boston and Greater Boston area Black Mothers via an outdoor salon installation.

The sound score is a tapestry of interviews, found salon sounds and original music heard through salon dryer seating (overhead) or in styling chairs (via headphones) during the dance.

Performances will be held outdoors. The run time of the show is 30 minutes with no intermission. Tickets are sliding scale and limited seating!
