Join us as we celebrate the grand opening of the Maple Street Food Forest, a new public edible park in Grove Hall, Dorchester, on June 28th, 2025! This special event is a collaboration between Boston Food Forest Coalition, Sonoma Maple Schuyler Tenants Association, and Project R.I.G.H.T.
Come enjoy a day of connection, delicious food, and hands-on activities! We’ll kick things off with a welcoming ceremony, followed by interactive workshops (Soil and Composting with Eru Kyeyune-Nyombi and Herbalism and Wild Foods with Alex Klein). There will be plenty of opportunities to meet your neighbors and to get involved with the food forest as it grows.
Bring your friends, family, and neighbors, and let's celebrate this new food forest!
